Every project starts with a problem. Here's how we solve them — and what the results look like.

The Problem
The owners of a 4-storey waterfront mansion had 4 separate control apps — one each for lighting, blinds, HVAC, and pool. The existing system required manual intervention for basic daily routines and wasted significant energy when rooms were unoccupied.
Our Solution
We designed a full KNX backbone integrated with DALI-2 for lighting and a Control4 interface. All subsystems — lighting, blinds, HVAC, pool, and security — were unified under a single intuitive touch panel and app. Automated scenes (morning, movie, away) were programmed based on occupancy sensors and time schedules.
The Outcome
Reduced energy consumption by 30% in the first 3 months via automated scheduling and presence detection. The owners now control their entire home from a single app — or nothing at all.

The Problem
A 50-person office was running T8 fluorescents on manual switching with no dimming or occupancy detection. After-hours energy waste was significant, and staff complained about harsh, uniform lighting that reduced productivity.
Our Solution
We retrofitted the existing lighting circuits with DALI-2 LED drivers and Zencontrol gateways. Tunable white fixtures (2700–6500K) were installed in open-plan areas. Occupancy and daylight sensors provide fully automatic operation, with override switches retained for staff flexibility.
The Outcome
Lighting costs dropped by approximately 45%. Human-centric lighting improved staff focus during morning hours and reduced eye strain. Emergency lighting reporting is now fully automated.

The Problem
A light manufacturing facility had no visibility into energy consumption per production line. The facility manager suspected significant after-hours waste but had no data to back it up, making cost justification for upgrades impossible.
Our Solution
We installed a WAGO Energy Data Management system with CT clamp meters on each production line and main distribution board. Sub-metering data feeds into a live cloud dashboard. We also implemented high-bay lighting control via WAGO PLC, with automatic shutoff for unoccupied zones.
The Outcome
Real-time monitoring identified $1,200/month in after-hours waste — lights and compressors left running on weekends. Automated load management eliminated 90% of this waste within the first billing cycle.
